Sprint Distance Event
2 mile run,13 mile bike, 2 mile run
~The run is an out and back course
~Bike is on beautiful rolling to flat terrain around New Windsor and Union Bridge, MD.

One will do both runs, and the other will do the bike segment. Both participants will receive T-Shirts.
*Packet pick-up will be at the Carroll County YMCA (1719 Sykesville Road, Westminster, MD 21157) on July 7th, from noon to 6:00 and on race day at the race site from 5:45 to 6:45 a.m.
